We are seeking for Retail Store Manager who is responsible for overall operation of the store including maximizing sales, developing staff, controlling expenses and shortages and all aspects of inventory control and cash management.

Preferably graduate with sports as a passion.

• Independently handling Day to Day Systems Operations of the Stores.
• Implement the Retail Management Standards at the Mono branded stores in your region.
• Implement the Retail Excellence program and drive retail productivity drivers.
• Analyze store performance data and suggest ways to better productivity at the store level.
• Execute VM Plans, Campaigns and Promotions in stores (window or internal displays based on adidas and reebok theme, style or trend of advertising.)
• Ensure adherence to adidas / reebok VM standards through constant supervision and training.
• Innovate at the local level to generate impact full in store experience for consumers.
• Conduct regular Training on Selling skills, products and service levels on sales floor
